Monthly DOT compliance · fleets of 5–100 trucks
For fleets without a safety manager: every month we audit ELD logs, clear unassigned driving, keep driver files current and draft memos. You sign.
Legal limit
2 of 12 drivers need a fix · memos drafted for your signature
Federal rules limit how long truck drivers drive and require a file on every driver. Investigators check both in your electronic logbooks (ELD) and files.
The rule
A driver may drive 11 hours, and not after 14 hours since coming on duty. Carriers must not permit more.
49 CFR 395.3Driver files
Keep a file per driver: application, driving records, road test, yearly review note and medical certificate.
49 CFR 391.51If it goes wrong
In an FMCSA review, false logs in 10% of checked records count double: the hours factor fails, enough for at least a Conditional safety rating.
49 CFR 385, Appendix BThe fine
Incomplete, inaccurate or false records: up to $1,584 for each day, capped at $15,846, in FMCSA's current penalty table.
49 CFR 386, Appendix B (a)(1)One-time setup, then the same small things on a rhythm.

Forward them to your desk email when they arrive. You order MVRs from your state or vendor; we track every date.

Fuel card and toll exports with times and places, so we can spot logs that do not match the trip. No bills of lading needed.

Never drug and alcohol results, Clearinghouse data or past-employer checks. Never your FMCSA or Login.gov passwords.
What we see, what we never see, and how it is protected.
How your data reaches us
On paper? Short-haul fleets on paper time cards: send photos of the cards. We read them and a person checks every line.
AI does the work; a person checks; you sign.
Read every driver's ELD logs and unassigned driving for the month.
Test each day against the 11-hour, 14-hour, break and 60/70-hour limits.
Match unassigned driving to drivers by GPS and dispatch, or note why.
Check every driver file: driving record, yearly review, medical certificate dates.
A person checks every flag and drafts memos; you sign and hand them out.
